OrcaSlicer software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPL-3.0). This means:

- If you modify and distribute the software, you must make your modifications available under the same license

4. User Responsibilities
When using OrcaSlicer, you agree to:

5. 3D Printing Safety
3D printing involves heat, moving parts, and potentially hazardous materials. You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for operating your 3D printer safely
- You should never leave a 3D printer unattended during operation
- You should use appropriate ventilation, especially with certain materials
- You understand the risks involved and assume full responsibility for your safety
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OrcaSlicer is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated G-code
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrcaSlicer, its contributors, and maintainers shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to your printer, property, or person
- Any claims arising from your use of the software or generated G-code
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
